These terms and conditions outlined govern all sales between FinestRxMeds and its authorized third-party pharmacy partners ("Partners") and yourself, the patient. FinestRxMeds specializes in providing distance-based pharmacy care and mail order delivery of pharmacy medicine.
By ordering with us, you confirm that you are of legal age and authorized to purchase and receive the medications requested from us and our Partners. You have obtained a valid prescription from a licensed physician in your area of residence and have provided accurate personal and health information.
By ordering with us, you authorize FinestRxMeds and its Partners to collect and utilize this information for the fulfillment and delivery of medications. You also grant us a limited power of attorney to act on your behalf in obtaining a valid prescription and shipping medications to you. Any agreements or contracts will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the pharmacy is located, and any disputes will be resolved by the courts in that jurisdiction. By ordering medicines with us, you release FinestRxMeds, its Partners, directors, officers, agents, and employees from any liability related to the sale and delivery of pharmacy medicine or services.
Conditions, Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
All orders of prescription medications should be accompanied with a valid prescription from an authorised prescriber. No orders exceeding 3-months supply will be entertained. If returning an item, you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs, and risks related to the return shipment. Items may be returned up to 30 days from receiving the order.
